Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The first 25 invoices are completely free, with no card. You pay only once you start using it regularly.
How does Premium differ from Standard?
Standard (€0.25/invoice) suits clients up to ~200 invoices a month. Premium (€0.15/invoice + a one-off €500 RPA integration) is for accounting firms and high-volume clients: the one-off investment pays for itself in about 2-3 months. Premium also includes a custom integration into your ERP.
Does the price depend on the number of pages?
No — you are charged per processed invoice, regardless of page count. A 1-page invoice and a 5-page invoice cost the same, €0.25 (Standard). If one PDF contains several invoices (for example a stack of scans), we process them separately and you pay per invoice.
What do you do with my invoice PDFs?
We store data in the EU (Frankfurt) and encrypt it at rest. You can export or delete it at any time — you need no permission or justification from us. GDPR compliant.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We use Anthropic Claude through its API — that provider commits to not using business data for model training. We can send you the Anthropic agreement (DPA) by email.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
If the AI did not capture every required field (supplier, amount, date), we do not charge at all. If it captured them but something is wrong, you can press “Report a problem” and we fix it by hand, free of charge.
How long does integration with my accounting software take?
We export straight into Rivilė (.eip) and Centas (XML) — that works immediately. For other software, CSV / XLSX fits. A specific ERP integration (Premium plan) takes up to one day.
