“Robodam Scan” digitisation handles the bookkeeping faster, more accurately and more cheaply than a person could by hand. The system understands invoices in any format and any language, and needs no preparation, configuration or intervention from you.

“Robodam Scan” reads and processes the following invoice data:

  • Invoice number
  • Order number
  • Invoice date
  • Payment date / due date
  • Seller and buyer details
  • Amount excluding VAT
  • VAT amount
  • VAT rate
  • Amount including VAT
  • A note on whether the invoice was paid in cash

These company details are extracted as well:

  • Company name / individual first and last name
  • Company code / self-employment number / personal code
  • VAT payer code
  • Address
  • Seller bank account number

Company details are always checked against the business registers (by country) and corrected automatically where needed.

Even when the invoice itself is incomplete, “Robodam Scan” still makes sure you get accurate, up-to-date company details.

The system automatically:

  • Assigns the amount to the right expense / income code
  • Assigns the matching VAT classifier
  • Adds the invoice to the open VAT period
